HACCP approval
Our machines comply with HACCP standards. They are degreasing tanks that maintain a stable temperature and the same level of cleanliness 24 hours a day.
We use a chemical solution certified in the European Union which, in addition to decarbonising and degreasing all utensils, does not react with aluminium or acrylic (chopping boards); it has a pleasant smell and is biodegradable.
