Is hydrogen water a myth?
No: water can indeed contain dissolved hydrogen. What is still being studied are its effects on health. The results are promising, but most studies have been carried out in cells or animals and human trials are small. It does not replace medicines or treatments. Are hydrogen water and ionised alkaline water the same thing?
